As the lead of branded podcasts and head of marketing strategy & distribution, I led this project from ideation to execution.

I performed a landscape analysis to identify gaps in the podcast market that BetterHelp can fill, allowing it to stand out in an oversaturated space. I worked with the editorial team to identify a clear, creative direction for the podcast that aligned with the brand’s goals and delivered the best ROI. As project manager, I oversaw the design team that created the visual graphics (cover art, social media assets, etc) to make sure they aligned with BetterHelp’s brand aesthetic. I also creatively directed a freelance video team to produce high-impact social media clips and visual teasers, optimizing for engagement across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
